Three sub-aims ensure the achievement of objectives. Thereby structural general conditions, measures to support the operational business and the motivation of participants are to be considered.
- It is the aim of the partners to develop necessary general conditions. Thereby e. g. financial aspects or the comparability and recognition of competencies gained abroad are to be considered. Partners will research and pilot together with chosen partner countries what conditions needs to be fulfilled on country level and with partners on-site. The expertise will show methods to assess the profit of LaWA. This will be utilised by youngsters and their potential employers as a certificate which supplements the EUROPASS Mobility. Recommendations for necessary policy making will be provided as criteria catalogue.
- In order to make the implementation easier for other organisations, partners will elaborate recommendations for actions. They will support the transfer of project results to other organisations and EU countries.
- Learning and working abroad will become more attractive and facilitated and obstructions will be removed. As to the integration of apprentices who are abroad into the running vocational education at home and so as to avoid learning deficits, Internet based teaching concepts and contents will be developed and tested.
