It is the aim of the project to establish joint cross-boarder vocational training and education as an additional part of apprenticeship and therewith to support the Europeanizing of apprenticeship as well as professional mobility of employees. Most important for the success is a well structured, target group specific and qualitative sophisticated offer which guarantees the professional value of apprenticeship and adds a professional and intercultural surplus.
Beside it the development, testing and provision of concepts and instruments is necessary, which will support and facilitate the GVA implementation.
